Swedish Massage:-
A techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure on the muscles by rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart, increasing oxygen flow in the blood. It also helps shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes from the body. It increases circulation without increasing heart load and stretches ligaments and tendons keeping them supple and pliable.It also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time. Helps reduce stress.

Deep tissue massage:-
Is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots.

Aromatherapy:-
Uses essential oils from plants to heal, alleviate pain and regulate mood. Essential oils are a volatile, highly concentrated plant extracts, derived from leaves, bark, roots, seeds resins and flowers. Aromatherapy massage uses these essential oils, but they can also be used in hydrotherapy baths, facials and body treatments.In aromatherapy massage, essential oils are usually mixed with a carrier oil like sweet almond, apricot kernel, or grape seed oil.

Hand Massage:-
Focuses on relieving stress in the joints and tendons that may be often overworked and strained due to repetitive motions of typing and texting. These pains usually include the thumb, the palm, and the arm including the forearm. The pain can travel as far as the neck to the lower part of the skull.

Sports Massage:-
Is a special form of massage and is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries.

Back Massage:-
There are many causes for back pain and discomfort, all of which can be helped with back massage techniques and adjustments, with breathing and stretching. It is designed to target the upper and lower back muscle for the entire duration of the massage.
